Record Christmas Sales!

London seems to have shrugged off the Christmas blues and hit the high street in huge numbers in the two days since Christmas.

With stores slashing up to 75% off the goods, over £4bn was spent nationally in two days and has toppled all previous records.

With New Years falling on a weekend this year, the spending frenzy is bound to continue for the rest of the week.

*There are several tube lines out of action this week due to scheduled works, but there is no congestion charge and the roads are fairly clear so buses are far quicker than usual.
