This years Gala features some of the most exciting figures on the flamenco scene. Directed by Angel Rojas, this spectacular programme presents "a showcase of flamenco, in all its flavours" (The Boston Globe) the master of flamenco Antonio Canales, one of Spain's most powerful dancers; the unforgettable choreographer of Nuevo Ballet Espanol Carlos Rodriguez; the riveting performer and young starlet Jesus Carmona; and the sensational Karime Amaya, much admired in her performances with Farruquito in 2013's Flamenco Festival London.
