RideLondon Cycle Event 2013

This weekend sees Prudential RideLondon in central London, Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th August where over 50,000 cyclists take over 8 miles of closed of central London highway.

Although now closed to entries it will be a spectacular event to watch and cheer on the participants while enjoying the free entertainment laid on.

A taste of London in Regents Park 20th-23rd June 2013

From June 20th-23rd 2013, Regent’s Park will transform into a foodie wonderland for four days of summer eating, drinking and entertainment. Create your perfect taster menu from 40 of the city’s best restaurants as they serve their finest dishes for the ultimate alfresco feast. In addition, over 200 artisan producers and premium brands will provide a bounty of the best food and beverages from Britain and around the world.


West End Live coming to Trafalger Square

This year’s West End Live is going to be held in Trafalger Square this year:

Saturday 22nd 11pm until 6pm and;
Sunday 23rd 12pm until 6pm.

There will be performances from more than 25 of the capital’s hottest shows including West End musicals Wicked, Disney’s The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, Matilda The Musical, The Phantom Of The Opera, Les Misérables, Top Hat, Thriller Live, Jersey Boys, Monty Python’s Spamalot, We Will Rock You and the winner of this year’s BBC Radio 2 Audience Award Billy Elliot The Musical.
As well as more recent additions, as Burn The Floor, The Bodyguard, A Chorus Line, The Golden Voice, High Society, Once, Peter Pan: Never Ending Story, Dirty Dancing – The Classic Story On Stage, From Here To Eternity, Merrily We Roll Along, The Colour Purple and The Sound Of Music. All in all best value for money in Theatreland FREE!

Cirque du Soleil comes to London


Cirque du Soleil is excited to announce that the company is limbering up to bring its awe-inspiring production Alegría for four nights to The O2 – the world’s most popular music and entertainment venue on Thursday 18 July 2013, Friday 19 July 2013, Saturday 20 July 2013 and Sunday 21 July 2013 and between the 24th -28th July at Wembley Arena.

London to welcome the Bundesliga

Last night’s result in Barcelona means that the champions league final held at Wembley on May 25th will be an all German affair with Bayern Munich facing Borussia Dortmund. This will mean up to 60,000 German fans descending on the city for what will a be a wonderful weekend in the capital as these two clubs are some of the most colourful and songful in the World.

A taste of Spain in London

This weekend the Southbank in London welcomes the best of Spanish food by hosting a food fiesta. There will be fresh meat, fish, fruit and veg as well as tapas bars.

will.i.am has been confirmed as special guest for Legends of The Summer featuring Justin Timberlake and JAY Z at Yahoo! Wireless Festival on Sunday 14 July.
