The Opening of the Shard

The Shard’s official inauguration is tonight at 10.10pm with a laser show. At 310 meter, 95 stories, Europe’s tallest building has taken 3 years and over £450m to build. There is a viewing platform at the top which is due to be opened to the “paying public” in February 2013.
